How to: Handstand Workshop

You always wanted to learn how to do a handstand? You gaze in awe at people who do handstands in the gym or fitness corner? Don't worry! You can learn it all yourself and get all the knowledge you need at our handstand workshop that we organise on:

August 26th, 9am to 12pm, at GuavaLabs, 6 Shenton Way.

What can you expect from the workshop?

1. Basic exercises to strengthen up core and arms and also mobility. Learning muscle engagements. Dish holds, pike push-ups, shoulder stretches and much more.

2. Handstand against the wall variations and their use. The different handstand progressions.

3. Getting into a Handstand. Kick-ups and presses.

Noor Ashraf, Certified Calisthenics coach and personal trainer
The World Calisthenics Organisation (WCO) StreetSport Level 1 and 2
4 years of Calisthenics training experience
Participated in WCO championship 2014
